Later we realised that the 3 projects were all next door to each other, so in essance we were doing 3 buildings in a row, even though they were all seperate developments with different usage"
The projects are numbers 1, 3 & 5 piccadilly place in Manchester. No 1 Piccadilly place is a 250 Bedroom City Inn Hotel. No 3 Piccadilly Place is a prestigious Office development with 100 Upmarket WC Pods. No 5 Piccadilly Place is a residentail block with 197 Bathroom and Shower pods.
