Understanding our customer’s brand development strategy and reflecting this in the bathroom design demands a consistently high standard of quality that is difficult to achieve through traditional building methods.
The build time for an 80 bedroom Holiday Inn Express using traditional bathrooms construction was 52 weeks from start to handover. When Gateway pods were introduced into the schedule, the build time was reduced to a 28 week program. This meant that at a standard tariff of £50 per night and 70% occupancy these Holiday Inn Express Hotels generated additional revenue of £67,200.
