Customers can keep their own preferred design and specification or Gateway can offer a design solution specification that is tailored to suit your development wherever it’s located. Gateway can offer a galvanised lightweight steel frame or fully welded steel frame options. With an average weight of 1400 kg pods can be utilised without compromising the loadings on the structure. Gateway pods can be lowered into a timber, steel, concrete frame or traditional block work structures.
We can offer various floor thicknesses to suit the finish of your planned structure and we can also provide a floorless pods. The floorless pods can be manufactured for locations where height or other structural constraints are an issue and are especially useful for refurbishment projects.

Gateway pods are simple and easy to install, delivered to site fully fitted and ready to locate and connect to services our pods can be lifted by crane, fork lift or hoist systems using lifting points specified at design and built in during its manufacture.
